Once you have registered your requirements, we will contact you when a suitable property becomes available. Our state-of-the-art technology also updates our website every hour and also posts to onthemarket.com and rightmove.co.uk
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we now offer our properties by way of a virtual viewing with Facebook Live. We conduct viewings “live” on this social media platform which is fully interactive so you can ask questions about a property or even ask to see a room again whilst we are there!
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
A Holding Deposit equivalent to one weeks’ rent will be required upon application. This must be paid in full before the referencing process will begin. This will be credited to the first month’s rent or security deposit upon move in For your application to be successful we require proof of residency, i.e. a recent utility bill in your name, proof of identity, i.e. a passport or driving licence. We need to undertake successful references which include a ‘right to rent’ check. We ask all potential tenants to provide 6 months bank statements.
Once your referencing has been successful, we will offer you a tenancy which is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an agreed initial period. Both landlord and tenant are expected to adhere to the terms of this agreement without exception. Sample copies are available upon request.
On or before the commencement date of your tenancy you are required to pay a security deposit in the sum equivalent to 5 weeks rent. This needs to be in cleared funds.
We hope you enjoy your property search and have a long and happy tenancy with us.
