Selling your home.

We are currently still able to visit properties for valuation purposes.

When we visit, our valuer will wear a face mask and gloves.

We request that you as a homeowner wear a mask too please.

Wherever possible we will maintain a sensible distance between our staff and the householders and if needs be will discuss the property in the garden, out of earshot of any neighbours.

Our valuers will do their best not touch anything in your property.

Viewing a home.

We are expectant that viewers will tell us if they have any symptoms before the appointment.

Viewings are strictly booked in advance and only two adult viewers should be present at the appointment (children should be carried).

We will ask the occupant to remove themselves from the property for the duration of the appointment.

Viewers MUST attend the appointment with mask and gloves and will be asked not to touch anything.

Our staff member will wipe any surfaces down after the appointment.

Visiting our offices.

All of our staff are tested for high temperatures each morning.

Surfaces are given a thorough clean twice a day.

All staff members are required to wear masks while in the office.

We are operating a ‘locked door’ policy, but are able to invite customers in to the office to discuss their properties behind screens.
