Mark Gibbins - Director
Founder director of Gibbins Richards, Mark has worked in Estate Agency for over 25 years in the West Country. Prior to establishing Gibbins Rrichards in 1992, Mark worked for both strong independent firms as well as national and indeed multi-national companies. Mark has a daughter who is educated locally and has a passion for cycling, gardening, fine wine and fine food. Hence, the need for the cycling!
Marc Richards - Director
Co-founder director of Gibbins Richards, Marc worked for the same firm as Mark Gibbins, so both of them have gleaned the best facets of both national and independent firms. Like Mark, he too has over 25 years local experience. Marc has 3 children and in his spare time enjoys most ball sports, especially rugby & football.
Simon Evans - Director
Simon has a wealth of experience in the property industry which began with Beazer Homes West Ltd in 1994, having previously gained a degree in Construction Management. After four successful years with Beazer Homes, Simon joined Gibbins Richards at their Bridgwater office, where he rapidly established an indepth knowledge of the estate agency industry, and in particular the Bridgwater property market. Simon has lived in Bridgwater all of his life and enjoys, tennis and DIY.
